🏫 Getting to Know My School: Together in Class

Hello! Let’s get to know our school. Let’s see what we do together in class!

Our school has four lovely places. In the classroom we have lessons. In the library we read books. In the playground we play games. In the dining hall we eat lunch.

In class we want to say something. We put our hands up. Our teacher says it is our turn. Then we speak. Our friends listen to us.

There is a queue in the dining hall. One, two, three. Alex has come too. Alex goes to the end of the queue and waits. Alex is number four. When we wait in the queue, everyone can get their lunch calmly.

We have just one ball. Two friends want to play. Leo plays first. Then the ball goes to Ada. We take turns. When we share, both friends are happy.

The classroom is messy. There is paper on the floor. We pick it all up. We put the rubbish in the bin. Our classroom is tidy again.

There is a new friend at school. Their name is Sora. Mina goes over and says, “Hello! I’m Mina.” Then Mina asks, “Will you play with me?” Sora is so happy. That is how new friends are made.

Robin does not understand something. Robin puts a hand up straight away. “Can you help me?” Robin asks. The teacher comes over. Asking for help is a great thing to do. All of us ask for help sometimes.
