Episode transcript
Hello! Today we will say stop to germs. Let’s see how to keep our hands and our teeth clean.
Sam has been playing outside. Now there is mud on Sam’s hands. And there are tiny germs on them that we cannot see with our eyes! Let’s look with a magnifying glass. Some germs can make us ill. So we say stop to them.
When do we wash our hands? When we come home from outside. Before we eat. After we go to the toilet. And after a sneeze or a cough too!
This is how we wash our hands. One: wet them. Two: add soap. Three: rub them while you count to twenty. Four: rinse them. Five: dry them with a clean towel.
We rub our hands with soap. Let’s count to twenty together! The germs are going away with the bubbles.
We keep our teeth clean too. We brush them in the morning after breakfast and at night before bed. We move the brush in small circles. The germs on our teeth go away with the foam.
We go to bed early at night. While we sleep, our body rests and grows. In the morning we wake up feeling rested.
We drink water all day long. Water is good for our body. When we are thirsty, water is the best drink.
Summary: we wash our hands with soap, we brush our teeth in the morning and at night, we go to bed early and we drink water. We say stop to germs! Now try it in Mood Mirror!
